And there’s still time to join the Student Blogging Challenge for the fall semester. The Student Blogging Challenge runs twice yearly, and the two terms are named for the month they start: March and September.

The Challenge is made up of a series of 10 weekly tasks designed to improve your blogging and commenting skills and to connect blogging students with a global audience. If you’re starting late, don’t worry about trying to do every challenge. Just take the ones that sound interesting, and have fun with them.

Thanks for the referall! I also really enjoyed the Student Blogging Challenge last year. I might start again this go-about.

I enjoyed the blogging challenge the year I did it (as a teacher, the last time we had a co-op class). It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the assignments, but you don’t have to do everything — and even doing a few of the activities can help improve one’s writing and blogging skills.
