Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends.
I copied my Blogging Lessons page and pasted it into the Wordle text box. I didn’t like the first result, so I clicked Randomize several times until I got a cloud that looked attractive.
Wordle provides easy HTML for sharing your cloud on your blog, but it only displays a thumbnail image. So I used Windows Snipping Tool to capture a full-size image that I could upload for this post. Any screenshot program would work as well.

Hi, Steven and Mann!
Wordles are awesome, aren’t they? And they are easy to make. Just copy any homework project (or anything else you type up) and paste it into the Create a Wordle box.
And if you don’t want to show so many words, you can set the word count from the Layout menu. The default is to show the top 150 words, not counting common words like “a” and “the.”
